Different is a strength

ADHD isn't laziness.
It's not a lack of intelligence.
It's a different way your brain works.

We help you understand it — and learn how to work with it, not against it.

ABOUT US

Built from lived experience — not just textbooks.

THE BLUEPRINT ADHD SUPPORT & SKILLS C.I.C. is a registered Community Interest Company built around one simple belief: nobody with ADHD should feel alone or misunderstood.

Led by Martin Donnelly, the group was created to fill a real gap — a genuine, judgment-free space where adults with ADHD can connect, learn, and grow together. He started it because he couldn't find the kind of honest, practical support he needed — so he built it.

We're not a clinical service. We're your people. Every session, every resource, every conversation is built around real lived experience.
